Authentication & Access Workshop
RIDDLE&CODE together with RIAT invite you to a 2-day workshop for Blockchain enthusiasts to dive into Decentralisation, Identities and Blockchain technologies.
Despite the rapid advance in technology, a secure, trusted, convenient and straightforward interaction between Humans, Machines and Services is still a challenge. Within the Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAO)’s initiatives, building blocks have been created to enable this interaction. However, there are still limitations and gaps. The key to widespread, secure and trusted interaction is finding convenient ways to initiate authentication and communication across the system.
We are well aware of different concepts addressing – amongst others – the following aspects in a decentralised way:
Human Identity (Self Sovereign Identity)
Distributed Ledger Technology
RIDDLE&CODE is reaching out to the community and enthusiasts, to collaborate on finding non-centralised solutions to this challenge.
We aim to kickstart a cross-collaboration, seamlessly merging these concepts.
AMONGST OTHERS, WE WILL ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING:
Ad-Hoc authentication and secure communication between parties
Adapting/extending existing Frameworks to support decentralised
Identity authentication & communication
Improving/extending decentralised authentication schemes
Adapting/extending existing IAM (Identity & Access Management Systems)
The outcome of the workshop will also be presented at the
Vienna Digital Identity Meetup on July 22nd.
