FEATURES OF THE DEVICE
Examples of the integration of the Secure Element 2.0 on a Raspberry Pi
The Trusted Raspberry Pi with the RIDDLE&CODE Secure Element 2.0 Community Edition is designed to enable a broad range of trusted applications. By providing a unique private key that cannot be rewritten over the lifetime of the chip and never leaves the microchip itself.
It is impossible to exfiltrate the key because of the highly-secure hardware-based cryptographic key storage and cryptographic countermeasures, which eliminate potential backdoors linked to software weaknesses. The decryption of data is only run on the chip itself and happens “off-the-bus”, thereby leaving a minimal attack surface for hackers trying to compromise the private key.

We provide an SDK that includes precompiled cryptoauth libraries, header files, and wrapper code for several languages to engage with the integrated RIDDLE&CODE Secure Element.
The SDK has the following structure:
inc - The include files needed to utilize the library.
lib - precompiled libraries (for Raspberry pi).
Golang - The wrapper for the Go Language as well as some golang sample code.
We prepared the full documentation and libraries for your use on our GitHub Page, including code examples and a wiki on how to get started.
We want to make your experience as smooth as possible. In case you are stuck, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
